Top 3 worst moments in the final war

Last time I gave my top 3 moments of this great final war, as a reminder these 3 were:
3- Gentle Criminal
2- Armored all might
1- Todoroki family vs Dabi

Now for the worst things in this war, I'd say top 3

3- Yaomomo and Kaminari contribution:
The author gave a lot of characters some moments to shine and some important roles to play, (Dark Shadow, Mina, Shoji, Koda...etc)
But he butchered Yaomomo and Kaminari giving them only support roles to use their quirks but all their contributions were planned by All Might and Tsukauchi and therefore they didn't do anything by themselves as the others did. Let me remind you that Yaomomo was introduced as an elite student like Shoto !!

2- Author forgot Mirio:

Mirio was literally the only hero available 100% to support anywhere, he took no damage vs Shigaraki thanks to his quirk. He could have been Deku's support in his fight against Shigaraki. Mirio being the original candidat to take One for All, and he couldn't be there for the actual successor? Honestly, the author wanted to do that plot of "Give away one for all to Shigaraki" and forgot that there was no need to do it because Mirio could have helped Deku and the fight balance would have shifted to their side. And let's say that the "Give away one for all" was necessary to make Midoriya SAVE Shigaraki from the inside, What about the moment AfO took over Shigaraki and Deku was armless? Wasn't that the perfect occasion for Mirio to help? How could the author bring EVERY CHARACTER that was available, and forgot to bring THE ONE WHO WAS 100% HEALTHY AND READY TO FIGHT ???

The only answer to that is: HORIKOCHI FORGOT ABOUT MIRIO !!

1- Shigaraki ending:

Shigaraki's ending made Shigaraki one of the worst villain writing for me. I will make another topic for this one because it's a very long one.

Give me your opinions about the 2 and 3.

I can agree with point 2 and 3. But 3? Shigarakis ending wasn't great, yes. But it doesn't make his character bad. That's nonsense. The truth revealed about his live, that AFO controlled everything, made his character so much sader. That's why he deserved a better solution. But to say he as a villian got ruined is BS

Hori did it really dirty with my girl Yaomomo, she was introduced as an elite student but her contributions after the Joint Training Arc was almost zero. Really sad for her, hope she was getting her time to shine, like Shoji, Tokoyami and Jiro. I would have been happy even if she had shared a moment with Todoroki (like comforting him after the battle with Dabi). In the end, even if I like MHA a lot and have a soft spot for the manga and its characters, I'm really sad about some 1-A characters that didn't get their moment in the final battle

I agree with Shigaraki and AFO reveal. The running theme of this character, if not for most villains in this series, is that hero/mainstream society fostered by the previous generation has failed or victimized them in various ways. Dabi was subjected to the crushing expectations of his father and emotionally and physically abused until he was thrown away. Toga was forced to conform in a way that villainized her.

For Shigaraki, he was victimized by not being saved, from being subjected to a father to being left on the streets. Sure, AFO and LoV all had a hand in their turn to darkness, but these problems were not caused by AFO, they were explicitly depicted as problems arising from the issues that All-Might's generation failed to resolve, overlooked, or even cause. Making it all the evil machinations of AFO does take away from that theme and message.
