| Akira finally writes his list but doesn't reach 100 quite yet. He bumps into Shizuka, and their paths will definitely cross again! |

| OK there was a slight downgrade in animation but so far things seem to be still pretty good and doesn’t seem to be slowing down thanks to this change. But anyways this episode showed Akira basically starting his new life in the Zombie Apocalypse and started his bucket list but finds his running low in beer so he goes and finds some at the local convenience store. There he meets a girl by the name of Shizuka. What I like about Shizuka’s introduction is that she’s the antithesis of Akira specifically, while Akira is goofy and happy go lucky about the zombies, Shizuka is taking this a bit more seriously. Which I can totally see that being a thing in real life with differing personalities and different ways on how to cope with this new scenario. And it can be forgiven that Akira is only really acting like this because he hasn’t that much time where he can have fun so he’s letting it all out while he’s dealing with the zombies in his own way while Shizuka is planning things out, strategising over what her next move is going to be and what’s the more effective way of not being killed by them. Which in a way can make it seem like she’s cold and distant from everybody including Akira but she’s probably a good person just doing what needs to be done. Which is understandable given the circumstances she’s in. On the side note, I really love the opening it’s very catchy and eye popping with visuals, the ending a bit more calmer but still pretty good all things considered. Overall this is shaping up to be a pretty good show if I do say so myself. Not bad, not bad. |
