THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I love this one. If you notice at the end where the germs spread, South Korea is included on the map. The Russo-Japanese War (1904-1905) was intense as fuck and Japan won. The war itself was for calling dibs on Korea and Manchuria. https://youtu.be/Mh5LY4Mz15o?t=5m21s (watch until the end, pay attention to Korea) So through several treaties from 1905-1910, the Korean Empire “gave” (omg plz don’t kill us) itself to Japan. Korea hated that shit and finally got the balls to stand up and say no in 1926 (after this anime was finished) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/June_10th_Movement and it was the start of the rebuttal that lead to Korea’s independence in 1945 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Liberation_Day_of_Korea thanks to Japan losing WW2. And then in 1948 Korea was split in half by the USSR (North Korea) and USA (South Korea) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Division_of_Korea#Post_World_War_II because the USSR and USA were getting their panties in a bunch over the start of the Cold War https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cold_War |

I think those things about TB still exist even today, I believe they're still relevant. I loved the elements that will prevent you from getting it, I do all of them except the sleep and the rest ones. I hardly sleep and rest, but I do exercise because I do jogging and weightlifting 3 to sometimes 4 a week depending on the schedule. We need anime like these and I hope we will get them in our time, Cells at work was this year's educational anime and hope for more. TB is a serious chronic disease, especially in our country and people are still unaware of the dangers it has. Thank you professor glasses for the lecture I really learned new info even if it's old! 7/10, |

I didn't see a map on this one, but I saw another one with the same subject. A map with Korea appears at the end of this: https://myanimelist.net/anime/34992/Byoudoku_no_Denpa. |

My comment is meant for Denpa. lol I had this write up on a sticky note that said 'for disease prevention anime' and jumped the gun when a disease anime was finally approved after being stuck in the queue for months. dang, that means Denpa was stuck in the queue for an additional year after Yobou's approval. |
