The scene you are referring to happens in chapter 682, that animated would be on cour 4 only.
But Aizen will be “freed” in cour 3, so keep an eye for the next few episodes.

This is a far fetched prediction but since this is from the final fight and I really hope it gets additional scenes cuz it probably deserves it the most, but back to my prediction i reckon it will be cour 4 episode 8 or 9. In otherwords episode 38ish
