Yes, although they will probably cut some stuff out, like with the previous one. But it will follow the canon manga events, yes.

As a manga reader, this season should be canon. last season's was. they just cut a few things out, but that's almost a given with every anime adaptation.

That's because they didn't have enough material in manga back when s1 came out. So they made an anime original ending for s1. They have been following manga again since s2 and will be doing so.
