@RobertBobert LN has 21 volumes atm iirc and it's not complete. So anime's not even halfway through yet.

The light novel is currently in volume 21 and still going. So if this trend continues, there would be at least 4-5 more seasons with what's already available. Though the latter volumes are a lot bigger compared to the earlier ones. So I think they would need even more seasons or movies.

Love that it's already announced, i'm expecting something around the end of 2025 to early 2026,

Also I'm really happy that

which is really exciting for next season,

Even if i liked the slow pace of this season i'm hoping for a bit of drama and battles for a change, i get that Rimuru is already very powerful but i miss him getting new skills and evolving for sure.

Also excited for second movie since the first one was very solid and i hope for a new ova season like Coleus which was awesome.

The light novel is currently at volume 21 and it is supposed to end with volume 22 and if the fourth season ended at volume 12 i say we could have about 4 more seasons

I read on reddit someone saying they probably won't cover LN volume 12. Is there any particular reason?

But Vol 12 is different, the first half of it is basically the epilogue of Vol 11 and the second half is like the prologue for the next arc. Also it basically doesn't have any action whereas Vol 10 does and Vol 11 has even more. So it would feel better if they ended the season on a high note. Also Voo 10 and 11 have a lot of plot so it would be bad if they cut some scenes just to have another vol on the season and most fans agree that Vol 11 is probably the best plot-wise.

Ironically some fans view him as a deutragonist and they even branded him as one in the wiki fandom !! something that doesn't even exist in the context of the series which centers only around one character as the main ( Rimuru) Lmao.

If you haven’t, try reading the light novel to clarify it since a visual media format wasn’t enough to make you understand.
