Rak knows Khun better than anybody. He knows he’s not easily killed.

Dan made me sob, the fact that he was stabbed senseless by a piece of trash person and still has the will to continue is admiring.

Glad Khun has finally found out, I got chills when Hwaryun explained the situation to him. I also noticed some new amazing OSTs in this episode. Very excited for the workshop battle after this

Khun will be leading the Sweet&Sour team (Bam's current teammates) into the Workshop Battle. They will have to not only fight Bam and his FUG team (and other teams), but also Bam's old team (currently led by Shibisu) - as they don't know anything, and if they do it might put them all in danger.

I see, sounds a little complicated but also makes me curious to see how that plays out. Thanks for the explanation.

I liked it. :) (Why is everybody rating so low?)

honestly, i think it's a compounding of the facts that the quality of animation for every fight scene in this season has gone down, the translation/dialogue has been a bit worse, and that this part of the webtoon is admittedly a bit slow. animation being worse + a bunch of new characters they dont do a fantastic job of making you care about i guess.

who knows! i liked it so far too but i think it pales in comparison to the first season. Hopefully the workshop battle is animated much better.

It’s difficult for me to rate this show anything lower than a 7 because the story is just so intriguing. It should be criminal for such a good plot to be getting such a mediocre adaptation. There’s still no confirmation of episode count, but I’m guessing it’s going to stop at around 24. (7/10)

I enjoyed this one quite a bit, the Khun focus is definitely a big part of that along with the plot developments, but the lack of not so great fight scenes is also a plus. And I will also say the appearance of Bam’s original team automatically put me in a better mood, got that good ol’ season 1 nostalgia seeing them again, Rak especially got me hyped, Paracule not so much but his goofy ass is fun at least lol. But back to the situation with Viole, wasn’t expecting him to team up with Khun’s teammates but if it’s to keep them alive then I guess it’s the best outcome. And although the news says otherwise, Khun did survive the explosion and is now with Viole’s team, guess we’ll be seeing a lot more Khun from here on out.

And I guess there was a reason we couldn’t see any stab wounds on Dan in the previous episode, turns out Rachel stabbed him in the legs and he’s still alive, now I feel bad for thinking it was a lack of detail lol, but I’m happy Dan is alive, he paid for his remark to Rachel with his legs but he’s still here at least, and looks like Rachel’s dirty deed ended up inspiring him instead of putting him down, very nice to see. And we finally got a name for the eyepatch red haired babe now, being Ryun, and apparently what’s happened with Viole is out of even her control now, everyone is getting betrayed I guess lol, but thanks to her we now have Khun teaming up with Wangnan and the rest of Viole’s team going into the Workshop Battle, I’m happy to say they got me excited for what’s to come, but of course I won’t get my hopes up too much giving how this season has been so far.

And I’m guessing since there is still one more part of the ED not revealed, we have one more episode with this OP and ED before the 2nd cour, they’re bangers for sure so I don’t mind having them just one last time.

Actually her name is hwaryun. Khun just had a nickname for her I guess but she always had a name from s1 when she appeared lol she’s not a new character

Actually, I'm wondering where "Karen" name is even coming from.
Some of the names in this dub is generally a translation when they are not a reference or a joke (Khun Aguero Agnes is a joke on a footballer name, tons of ToG's characters have soccer player names lol SIU loves that sport).

- "Wangnan Ja" is "I'm a prince" so "Ouji" works (but Prince the purple hair kid is also called that, urk).
- Yoru means Night (Baam means Night, also a wordplay on chestnut)
etc.

So, why Karen? I thought it was Curry (ka-reyh) which would correlate her red hair but it isn't what the name is...

The only thing worth importance, or could be labelled so, happened yet is Khun getting the truth from Hwaryun.

That's how unimportant this adaptation has made everything into.

Thank goodness. Dan is still alive and he's more motivated than ever after what Rachel did to his legs. Let's go... baby. Also, looks like Khun will be joining our team in the Workshop battle. Can't wait.

I hate how they made Rachel totally evil. Couldn't she be a more complex character ?

an average episode at best and only because of old characters were shown and some of the moment really hooked me but overall tower of God is becoming more complex and hard to watch after each ep....

Khun meets Bam’s new teammates all because Viole left his pocket right where he was.

And it seems that Rachel didn’t kill Dan, but rather deliberately took out his legs so he couldn’t walk anymore. What is her fixation with legs? Dan is still ready to continue battling nonetheless.

And it seems the whole FUG think is getting a little more complicated as now Khun is teaming up with Wangnan and the others against Viole, Novick, Ram, and the bunny girl. Everything is leading up to this Workshop Battle. Will Viole ever be free? We’ll have to see…

That was actually a good episode. The animation wasn't improved but the directing seemed competent and the info dump really breathed some life into this episode. 4/5 probably one of the best episodes this whole shitty season.
