Fr, anytime I see bullying in anime I either cringe or just be shocked of how bad the bullying is.

But from watching anime I think bullying can be different depending whos the one bullying you.

Coz usually boys resort to violence while girls use methods that might hurt you mentally.

The later is worse in my opinion. (which leaves mental scars)

All those this I learned from anime so I don't know how much of it is fact or fiction.

People need to realise that just because they haven't witnessed bullying personally doesn't mean that Harsh bullying doesn't exist. Most of these cases never do come out in public and the extent of bullying too, and those that do come out in public are brushed off by people because it has nothing to do with them.

You can check up articles on percentages of bullying children faced and surveys that are conducted related to bullying.
You can also find various news articles where teens and adults likewise committed suicide due to bullying.

There are various reasons bullying can take place and the different types of bullying too, but I think it's better not to elaborate on those right now.(Some people forget that sexual assault is a form of bullying too)

Also, bullying isn't only related to school. It extends out to places such as your workplace, neighborhood, family etc. Nowadays people commit suicide due to cyberbullying, If online bullying can cause such trauma then think about the ones who face it physically would feel.

For sure bullying exist. If you ask about animes and reality I think you might be interested about Japanese school bullying which has a history of in school murder.

There's probably literally no japanese and koreans users on MAL, better off asking on subreddit.

But I can guarantee bullying was a norm till a few years ago. There is a lot more awareness now and many more solutions. So I'm assuming anyone who has been through school after 2010 has seen/faced less bullying.

As for companies, it really depends on the environment that the boss/higher ups create. A normal salaryman has a stress factor of 50 already and on top of that if you add up the stress from work and stress you get from higher ups, all that stress usually comes out on coworkers who are under you.

yah, with that horrible grammar, I didn't understand it will. but to sum it up. we was trying to ask if the bullying in Japan was really as it is shown in Anime or bullying is their but different in IRL in Japanese school's and work place's.
