What illness do you think Hikari has?

Degenerative, progressive organ failure, pain can be controlled with medicine, and she ended up in hospital beds several times but recovered enough to stand back up everytime at least for now.

Doesn't seem to affect muscle so I exclude a type of sclerosis..

What do you guys think? Anyone with medical knowledge can help

I don't know the specifics and I'm guessing the author didn't think past organ failure either.

This is plausible ngl.

no problem I was just basing my answer on solo leveling plus a lot of series I watch and read magic causes monsters so magic causing or effecting disease even in this series case where magic, skills and magical items don't work too far from the dungeon but that does mean magic as not spread across that world causes all kind of changes to the world
