I tried looking it up, and I couldn't find any mention of why there are two manga. It doesn't seem like they're sequels to each-other, so they must have decided to remake it, but I can't find any confirmation or reason. |

One was published in a Senin magazine and focuses more on the tools that Dahlia makes while the other was published in a Josei magazine and focuses more on Dahlia becoming her independent self after her divorce |

That's the kind of things that is never officially explained, but it's most probably because of some kind of issues/contracts between the different publishers. One of the version is published on the Comp Ace magazine of Kadokawa (who is the publisher of the Light Novel), and the other one on the Magcomi webservice of Mag Garden, and they both started the same day. There is a lot of Mangas in such situations, especially ones partially licensed by Square Enix. |
