Something about this adaptation.....

I've felt this with most episodes with most sections, something about the way they did the scenes especially like normal everyday scenes just felt so tranquil and serene????? But I think a fair chunk of the BGM as well with what's going on had an affect on that too.
I don't know how to describe it but like it was like being in a really clean room with a calm cool breeze scented with freshwater blowing at you whilst you're drinking refreshing cold water too.

Yea,

unlike most previous Idolmaster series, this one have very little "drama"

This series seems to be focused on character building as a group instead of individuals.

So most things in this series is pretty much "slice-of-life" style instead of "dramatic pstd and crying", lol

Which makes this series more chill to watch.

.

However, it's also due to it being chill to watch... that a part of the fan base seems to be disappointed with the series direction...

Some fans wants more individual character buildings and more drama

There are also some that wants more songs and newer songs.

(but another part of fans said season 1 is a "intro"... while season 2 and later will be the actual "new" stuff...)
