no, that is not win-win. I don't think any sane human want immortality. there is no way Walter want to see every person he love death yet he still alive.

That is exactly a win-win. He's going to see a ton of them die to begin with, like his mom, and his dad. Not to mention any unfortunate accidents. And, thanks to his running complex, he'll get to see Victor die too, which is a nice bonus. Seeing a couple extra while keeping your eternally youthful wife is something to consider. Nobody even consulted him about any of this. She just decided to be Human for no apparent reason.

"It's not like Humans can't use magic at all anyway", well you wrong, Cuff, Zain, Nico and other is not human, they are witch. Walter only use magic weapon and not the magic itself

Page 7, Chapter 132 clearly establishes Wizards as something different from witches. They're either Human/Witch hybrids, or just Humans who got magic from Witches. Zain is a witch, Niko is a sorcerer. We literally have precedent in the story for non-witches using magic directly.
@HyperlinkBlocked I don't know why I put Nico in the previous reply, lol. yea you right, he is sorcerer. but we don't know what makes sorcerers and witches different at this point, maybe they are hybrids like you said who knows, sad the story has ended.

if you think immortality is a win-win situation then I don't think there is any point in prolonging this debate... we value things very differently. Anyway, have a nice day

I Know it's a normal custom in noble families but I wish Bocchan didn't have the same name as his grandfather. It kinda felt weird when Alice kept calling Bocchan as Victor in that scene. It wouldn't have bothered me much if his grandfather didn't play an important part in the series.

Alice looked so pretty in that wedding dress! And then there was the long awaited kiss. That was so beautiful.

It was so touching to see Bocchan and his mother finally spending time together. His mother hugging him was so heart-warming.

Walter and Daleth were cute too but can't help but cringe a little cuz I didn't expect Daleth to became so over-expressive.

I will miss them so much. It's so sad that I can't eagerly wait for a new season like the old times.

Overall 8/10.

shocked, I was expecting the duke's mother to put up a fight about her son marrying alice.
Well looks like Walter finally got what he wanted. 😆
Daleth becoming human was such an adorable moment.
It's so great to see Victor finally embrace Alice.
What a beautiful epilogue episode/ending for the show.
Well that's tit for the duke of and his maid after three years it's over, enjoyed the show from start to finish such a romantic and heart warming anime

Despite not being a super popular or well known series, I'm so glad we got a complete, well done adaptation of this beautiful story 😊

Seeing Bocchan and Alice finally getting married was so sweet, but I think the scene with Walter and Daleth kissing was even sweeter, and therefore better lol.
Anyways, perfect finale with 20+ minutes of pure fluffiness. Great to see them sticking the landing after a not-so-great final arc.

That said, solid final season to conclude an overall fairly enjoyable series. I remember, back in Season 1, that it took me around five or six episodes to get invested in the initial premise but once the main plot started developing, I couldn't help but feel genuinely interested in Bocchan and Alice's story.
Still not a fan of characters like Bocchan's mother and Sade being forgiven after all they have done but guess you can't ask for more from a shounen-like story. Everything else (side cast, comedy, OST, voice acting, direction, etc.) was handled nicely tho.

7,5/10 -> 7/10 - Will surely miss these characters. Wouldn't mind an extra episode/OVA following everyone's lives after the wedding. Just saying.

So wait, it's okay for Walter to marry Daleth because her sister says she's a noble? Wow, I would be mad if I was Victor now lol

And so after three seasons we finally have the happy end everyone already knew we would get. As the two seasons before this was alright, I feel like the CGI is holding it back from being more enjoyable for me. 5/10

Well, you know it's a finale when the title of the episode is the title of the series itself. Can't say they would've gone with an even more happier ending than they already did, I mean people getting married left and right plus someone calling Bocchan not "Bocchan" but by a name is a genuine happy ending for this series in my books xD

Surprised how the stuff with Walter and Daleth remained as enjoyable till the end. Wouldn't have cared for this guy otherwise lol. Overall, the series knows what it is about and did remain consistent with its themes, right from that first season back then. Sure I don't agree with how easily the characters got redeemed, but eh... anyways.

Hope we do get a special or something later down the line showing the time Bocchan's been spending with Alice now that the curse is lifted and he can "touch" her( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Wholesome ending, for starters the second half of season 3 was great, for all the build-up up Sade had meaningful development and a proper conclusion I felt, it did not felt cheap.

I had my doubts about how good this would end, and I m happy to be surprised, we rarely see proper closure and this season (despite rushed pacing vs the manga), had almost two episodes for that, it matters a lot.
It is not like I particularly loved any of the characters, but many of them were solid and enjoyable, and it was delightful to see the friendships forming and developing.

What a wonderful ending this series got, they gave all characters a proper sendoff (within the bounds of reasoning).
How a series ends matters, surely this series was not balanced in quality... I gave S1 a 7, S2 an 8, and this one is scoring even higher, bravo, what an ending.

8.5/10 = 9

A full episode reserved for tying the ends like that, what a blessed adaption this was! It's not common at all to get treats like this, so I would like to thank everyone involved in the production making this possible and leaving us satisfied for a change.

It was lovely to see the solid development in the Daleth-Walter relationship. Absolutely out of character after turning human there, that's beautiful! I wish there was some more of the same on the Cuff-Zain relationship too but not much of a dice there. Rob-san opting to stay with the new couple was touching too. Sade's redemption moments were pretty nice as well.

No kiss until marriage, bocchan never changes xD. Glad they finally got that out of the way and the usual intro coming back in the end with the updated version was a pleasant adaption.

Solid 7/10 from here. It started off a little slow but picked up towards the end.

Great series was a bit torn between an 8 and a 9 here as it's an 8,5 to me (previous season 7 or 8) but went with 8. Most of the story felt wholesome,but can agree with some of the discussions here. Dont get some decisions either but at least no open ends to anything. It was cute and all. But some parts felt a bit awkward/cringe (musical songs) and as said some odd decisions made me rate it a bit less... Daleth is very cute tho <3 but uhm big deal about Alice but Daleth is fine? ^^;
Also Zain and cuff, I just simply couldn't like them, their dynamic together that is (sorry)
And at parts I felt the sex puns weren't as funny as I felt in S1 where I rated it a 9.

But still... I loved the mother son moments, the fight against the magic of sade inside herself.. And the Daleth x Walter dynamic. And ofc the main couple still shines and the Lil sister getting a bear was wholesome. I'm glad they didn't go butler x lil sister fleshed out but instead it's cute.

And so this series is over.

I am so happy we got a full adaptation. That is unfortunately too rare in the anime space (in particular for longer running sources with a romance focus).

The plot was the main thing that I really enjoyed about this series and I felt like the side characters' relationships also was nice to watch unfold (particularly Walter and Daleth, but the sibling relationships, the mother relationships, etc were also nice). I felt like Alice and the Duke's relationship had its moments but largely didn't captivate me as much as I had originally anticipated.

S3 had some really nice moments overall. The reunion between Alice and Sharon was touching (though a bit short) and I also liked the Dance party episodes where the Duke played the piano. Finally, I found the last few episodes to be very emotional. I do wish a bit more time had been given on the Duke and Alice before their wedding and that the wedding itself would have had a couple more scenes as well. I haven't read many manga but I feel like most tend to speed through the conclusion, when it took so long to get there!

I'd say I liked S2 a bit more than S3. I felt like it had a better balance between plot, exciting developments, and cute moments between the Duke/Alice. But overall this was a very good series.

Alice and Bocchan finally married, and they lived happily ever after. Alice looked so gorgeous in her wedding dress that I couldn't look away 💖

Walter and Daleth also confessed to each other, and both Alice x Bocchan and Walter x Daleth kiss scenes were so precious that I literally melted. I am really happy for all of them. I can't explain in words how happy I am; my heart is at peace. I'm really happy that Sade got to apologize to Sharon, and like both angel mother and daughter, she forgave her, too. I really loved the interactions between Viola, Cuff, Zain, Rob, and all the other characters, too. They were great. After watching this episode, I literally watched it three more times because I loved it so much, but at the same time, I'm a little bit sad, too, that now it's all over 😭

This is one of my most favorite romance anime, so I'm really grateful to the author for making this masterpiece and giving us this amazing happy ending. And I'm thankful to the studio for making it a full adaptation 💖

WHY DOES THIS ANIME GOTTA END BRUHH :((((((((((((((

But still, yayy they got married!!! And wow, what a journey! Out of the anime I've watched, this anime really one of the best, and the warmest I've ever watched. Is sad to see that this anime gotta end but the ending of them get married is enough for me, lol. It also shows me how beautiful love is. Man, I hope my love story is beautiful as theirs. Overall, 10/10 because how warm and beautiful this anime is!!
