Even if it’s not transitory, at the current state it still has tons of shits to be fixed. It took years for Windows 10 to grow bigger than 7. Also you are assuming the anime production started in recent years. Moreover I believe most people in the production team at least are still using Windows 10 because it’s a good habit to not changing your setup frequently. And they’re not going to redraw the sprites they already have just to make it “up-to-date”. Btw Windows Vista wasn’t supposed to be transitory. Windows 7 is the finished version of Vista. They just released Vista too early before it was polished. It sucks so bad that their next one becomes its remake. |
Its %90 the same thing with 10 but with more problems, worse performance, worse ui in places, and AI garbage getting shoved down your throat Its just not an upgrade from 10 so nobody is doing it |
