Is Shirogane's fear of bugs explained?

no. i guess it was never explained. also that manga part wasn't animated. it was chapter 15 i suppose where his fear of bugs introduced where he also touched her breasts. but later on no references to that fear.

Yes. When he was a kid, he went camping(or something like that) and got thirsty. He then went over to a(the?) vending machine, in which he found a whole bunch of moths and other bugs on the glass. It wasn’t very clear, but I’m pretty sure they all flew away from the vending machine(and into his face), which is the source of his fear/trauma.

Wait he touched her breasts? I’ve completely forgotten that chapter then, was it the council trip they were planning? That’s when I remember the bug fear

It was so rushed that i think nothing was explained...really hated how it ended.
