In the time you’ve been spamming my comments I looked this guys work up and he’s apparently always been very accepting of a heavy workload. It’s not that hard to do some research. I think you already know that the creator and owner of Studio DURIAN is Oshiyama himself and this his first big project so he is working hard to prove himself.

The situation is very similar to Makoto Shinkai working on a movie in his own studio. If he says he worked day and night for last 3 months for his new movie I don't think a normal human being would start yelling overwork overwork LoL.
