Yes, yes the amulet's power limiter thingy containing his awesomeness is mostly gone...and the world is doomed! We get it. |

| So it's clear that the 2 comments above me also got screwed over like me due to how streaming sites messed this up. I only found out after watching S1, but it seems in CR at least (and I think Netflix too but can't confirm cause I don't have), they fucked up! They put the "remastered" ep16 as ep10, but in reality, you should not be watching that before you've seen ep15! The original ep10 resolves the battle in a different way and has additional scenes not in ep16 (the backstory between the old driver and the shadow faction leader girl). That's why if you watched from those sources and thought ep10 was confusing/didn't make sense/was just random time shenanegans with unexplained green eyes, that wasn't supposed to be the case! "Ep16" is actually a direct result of the change our MC does at the end/epilogue of ep15 (yes, the end of S1!). You'll understand why when you get to that point, but watching this ep16 as ep10 actually ended up spoiling the cool trick they did. To add to the confusion, CR cut off the end part of the epilogue in ep15 which contains the change he does to ep10. Originally, ep15 epilogue shows the changes he did (the time rewind + green eyes scene). This means that you saw the changes to ep10 in the original ep15 epilogue. Ep16 is completely optional and is not a "remaster" of ep10, but is rather a "new" ep10 after the events of ep15. Hence ep16 is exactly the same as ep10 except for the little change starting from the time rewind, the green eyes scene, and the resolution of the fight with the old driver was completely different than the original. The scenes before and after this are the same. I was able to find the original Ep10 (not in CR) in YT, you can see yourself the difference starting from this scene in 13:10 where it cuts to a backstory where the Ep16 does not. Please note that some scenes are the same, but the resolution of the fight is different so you should watch up to around 20:00 min mark to get the entirety of what you missed in ep10: https://youtu.be/EOInCz6SDWM?t=782 As you can see, the original ep10 did not have anything "confusing" or unexplained and instead has some scenes that are not in ep16. |
