Chapt 100 & 100.2 of the manga. It's a Christmas special because guess what day Fuyuki Minami's birthday is.
It also isn't the end of the story even though it does feel like a finale of sorts.
The anime only gets to about chapt 32 for reference of how for along the story is.

I do think the manga becomes very good/excellent once it gets back on track, but the drama in the middle does take a while to get through. It starts in chapter 62, and so if you find it hard to stomach, I recommend jumping to 88/89, everything after that has been super fun/wholesome to read, and its one of my top rom-coms currently.

@SouthRzVa Yeah I get that, miscommunication is really stupid. I guess you can argue that it makes sense with high school aged characters, but its still not fun to sit through.

Could u help me out by telling me after sayuri gets to know abt rena’s rejection and confesses herself. Does minami find out about it..like does she get to know that Tsubasa didn’t just move on quickly and find other options. Or does she just get close with Tsubasa again forgetting what happened and without her realising about the misunderstanding.

Sorry I’ve probably phrased this in a very shit and complicated way😭 I know this isn’t that important question but it’d put my head to ease knowing she doesn’t somewhere in her heart think Tsubasa is like that.

Since the manga mostly follows Tsubasa's POV, we don't see much of Minami after he rejects Rena. We see him trying to walk home with her after Rena's rejection, but Minami acts like she has something to do. We do get her POV a little bit while having dinner with her extended family (there are a lot of Fuyukis!), and we learn that she's trying to move on by avoiding him, but after talking with her little sister it's implied she won't give up on him after all.

Once Sayuri learns about Rena's rejection and starts her own little arc, we barely see any Minami, just random appearances in class and their field trip now and again. Probably my least favorite part of the manga, and one I'll skip if/when I re-read it from the beginning. When it ends with Tsubasa admitting he still loves Minami and turning Sayuri down, Sayuri explains the two had a misunderstanding, and regrets that she got in Tsubasa and Minami's way. Honestly while she's my least favorite of the three girls, it was a nice moment for her to show some self-awareness, since I definitely felt like she was being a crappy friend to Minami during that whole arc.

Once Tsubasa and Minami finally start getting chapters together again, Minami gets excited that Tsubasa wants to walk home with her again. During their conversation she mentions she spent time with Sayuri and Asuka (the dark-skinned girl that barely appeared in the anime) recently, and how the three talked about love. While we don't see it, the obvious implication is that Sayuri admitted to everything, including the misunderstanding, Rena's rejection, and her own rejection (and possibly that she was rejected due to Tsubasa loving Minami)...which would explain why Minami is now open to spending time with Tsubasa and recover their relationship, which continues until the two get together and start dating.

In my personal opinion, I think this manga never should have been a harem in the first place, and I think the author realized that at some point with how much they would write Tsubasa and Minami together, and with how relatively early Rena and Sayuri's confessions and rejections happen (Rena rejected around 70 and Sayuri in 84, manga is currently on chapter 111). Still, I suppose the way it rolled out gave the other girls their own focus arcs before the unstoppable Minami ship rolled in, just wish Minami was given a little more perspective during that time since she's basically a co-main character.

Woah that’s a lot of detail thanks a lot for taking the time out to write it bro🥹✨. I also find this annoying by adding a harem route and well I also understand the author wanting to get the manga longer for more profit but they could’ve atleast have had more POV or parts of Minami during these rejection or wtv arcs.

But still this helped a lot !! Still seems enjoyable quite a bit I’ll try reading the manga from where do u recommend starting it ? Considering i have seen the anime. (don’t read mangas to much unless I’m really invested in romance story..so if your fine with it would mind telling me where I can read with English translation)

It might be the author was chasing harem money at first, though at some point realized wholesome (and sometimes ecchi) rom-coms with a single couple (like Sono Bisque Doll) have become more popular lately. Just a wild guess though, I don't think the author's endgame has ever been anyone else.

In terms of where to start, I'd personally say the beginning (chapter 0 or chapter 1), there's some cute (and sometimes ecchi) moments the anime skipped over. If you don't want to re-read what you already watched though, the anime ends at chapter 32, and adds some minor content that wasn't in the manga, so you could start at 33. The drama I mentioned starts at 62 and ends at 88/89, if you have a tough time stomaching it you can jump ahead to peak Minami arcs. I mentioned it above but its one of my favorite rom-coms currently, it's become so sweet and wholesome I can't get enough!
