| Letting Lerche to do 2nd and 3rd season was a big mistake, they need to find the perfect studio that can adapt a LN. The only good part of the sequels was the OST. |

A genuinely interesting plot that leaves you looking forward to the next episode in each week. And ur right, in a time where crappy adaptations are everywhere, people just need to appreciate these few that are done relatively well more |

Does this Anime have detailed characters?
Ayanokouji isn't just edgy all the time
and Horikita is not Tsundere, just a mean person
the other characters? in Anime, they just exist to fill in the seats in the classroom
Imagine if in AoT Mikasa was like acting like a tsundere all the time, and Kid Eren was just an Edgy character and they skipped the Half Potato Bribe scene and all scenes where they don't fight (basically ruining Sasha, and other characters), would fans not complain? or would you say, it's a good anime why do people keep yapping
and also Light Novel readers have spent about 140+ hours reading this (that's about how much time it takes to finish One Piece if you skipped op, ed and watch it in 2x), of course most LN readers will complain if they don't even do a decent job
| @AltN Thats the thing, the anime doesnt need it to be good. The standards for anime are actually rather low when it comes to "detailed" characters. AoT early on famously inserted Mikasa in a lot of scenes she wasnt supposed to be in going by the manga. And considering how the story turned out, that wasnt a bad idea. The thing is we are 3 seasons in. At this point the bitching of LN nerds is just pathetic. You had 2 seasons to accept this isnt a perfect adaption yet you still come here to bitch and moan endlessly. As I said there are other bad adaptions, yet no community is as whiny as this one. Its not like the anime itself is bad, its just not perfect. And if you have seen more than 5 anime you will know most animes arent perfect. @FurySlasher My point is basically that going by what the LN nerds say this IS a bad adaption, but its still a good anime. When you have a good story and the adaption butchers it so much the anime becomes unwatchable bitching about it is entirely justified, yet here they bitch like little kids that an already good show is not better. Its good enough. |
