Chapter 64. That's when Touka and friends start their journey to find the sage. The story will start getting more serious from there. But I suggest you to read from the beginning. There's many content that got left out in the anime.

How possible is it that this'll get a second season? And even if it gets a second season, should I still read the manga?
Trying to find out what'd make more sense, waiting for a 2nd season, or reading the manga

@ScrewFiction why wait for something with no certainty? No news whatever have come out since the airing ended if you are a patient wait a year or two for possible news if a new season happen but if not just read the manga.

@lotus_eater Yeah Helck surprisingly is a good manga. The anime doesn't do justice. It's not bad adaptation, but I really wish they polished more the fight scene when Helck fight the black knight.

Did you know there is sequel for Yuusha Ga Shinda? But I can't find the latest update beyond chapter 6. I think it's in hiatus.

@3zar Yes, there's a sequel. The mangaka /author is sick/ailing so its on hiatus.
