I'm thinking of watching this series since I'm looking for a series with many episodes. I have already watched similar soccer anime like Inazuma Eleven (my very first anime when I stopped watching many years and coming back again after my childhood) and Blue Lock. Will I like this one? If it is, I hope I get the same hyped feeling of watching more just like the 2 animes I've mentioned

As someone who’s first ever anime was Inazuma Eleven and enjoys captain tsubasa just as much, I would say yes

I feel like this is the Dragon Ball of Football/Soccer anime. It has the old school vibe, drama and the over the top moments. It's a classic so it suffers from dragging of certain scenes/animations to save on costs, but it's part of its charm. I can't take my nostalgia goggles off, so I recommend watching it. It's classic football so it's nothing groundbreaking like Blue Lock. The team captains each have their own backstory and quirks about their playing styles. It's fun. I can't give it a rating because I'd be biased
