Starts with an introduction battle between Knights & Demons, then skips 10 Years.
Young Students training to be the next Knights have to reach a certain level to continue.
Only a few will Qualify. MC looks after his ailing Mother.
Seems similar to many Donghua, we will have to see if it differs at all.

I like how this kid is giving all his elixir to his sick mom. No wonder he isn't getting physically strong. And his classmates knew this, which is part of the reason they supported him during the test. It's why he works harder than everyone else. This is my kinda kid/story

No spoiler, just my assumption: he's the son of the one knight's wife that was kidnapped(?) by demons 10 years ago? Interesting how the knight whose wife disappeared seemed to sense something about the boy when they unknowingly walked past each other

No clue who this girl is. Curious to learn more about the demon lord

Watching the donghua after reading the novel and manhua is truly a great experience.
I really liked the first episode and can't wait to watch the rest.

mantık hatalarıyla dolu bir bölümdü. karakteri daha tanımamışken onun okulu kazanma isteğini hissetmemişken okulu kazanamayacağı korkusu bizi neden rahatsız etsin ki.
Karakter kendince duygusal bakışlar atıyor ama biz zaten onu tanımıyoruz duygusal bakışları sadece zaman kaybından ibaretti. Bölümün sonlarına doğru assasin kızı ise sırf hava olsun diye yapılmış bir kaçış sahnesiydi o kadar iyi kaçıyorsan o kadar iyide kendini savunman lazım mantıken ilkokul veya ortaokul seviyesinde bir çalışmanın ilk bölümüydü umarım ilerde düzelir

So... the "wife" apparently went off to the Demon Lord as some sort of "sacrifice" to keep the "peace"? (hopefully it's not NTR where the wife falls in love with the Demon Lord later... lol)

Demon lord defeats the knight's party and disappears but unbeknownst to everyone the wife of the knight also disappears. 10 years later in the knight academy the final test to graduate as a squire and our MC fails to pass; He pleads with his classmates because he needs the elixir to heal his sick mother everyone gives in. The instructor doesn't realize this since he says that MC is hiding something, what an interesting take on this - MC still passes by his own grit even without taking elixirs
