The manga didn't show nips until several volumes in. If you look at the official English release, you'll notice the parental advisory tag doesn't show up until like volume 7 or 8. That's when they stopped with the creative censorship and showed everything.
The anime is already showing more, this scene didn't have nips in the manga

Where are the nips in the anime though? This scene was exactly the same in the manga. Are you reading the magazine version or official volume release? It's not though. There are nipples in the anime. OP posted pictures of them i the first uncensored shot he posted. Not to sound crass, but rewatch the scene again in the anime, the shade of pink is close to her skin tone but its definetly there. If you're watching on a phone, you won't see it but I watched on a 70 inch TV and it was clear as day. The manga did not have nipples.
I also read the official manga release. The manga did not have uncensored nudity until several volumes in.

Volume 9 was the first instance of uncensored nudity. You can tell at a glance since it's the first english release to be hit with parental advisory and mature rating on the cover
