Episode 13 "production issues"?

On the Bleach wiki, the trivia section for episode 13 reads:

Due to production issues, the last five minutes of this episode, after the credits, feature Kon displaying comedic moments and conversations that were cut from [...]

Now, I'm already afraid some people will tell me: "dO YOu tRUst THE bLeaCh WIKi BlIndlY?" to which I'll say, no, I'm just asking a question. Either way, does anyone know more about these supposed production issues? I have yet to read more about it anywhere else.

Looks like it. Imo it's not just 13th ep. 2nd cour animation-wise is worse than in 1st cour. It will be hard to surprass it tho, because 1st cour was perfect. Let's hope staff will take their time and deliver better quality in next cours. 6 months apparently were not enough for production. They need to nail especially the finale of this arc

@Treyv0n Don't get me wrong. I didn't say it was bad or something, but certainly not as good as in 1st cour. And man. Last minutes with Kon scream "production issues" as hell. At least the worst part of this arc is finished imo. I even get why it may has lower score than 1st cour, because of many power counters that had happened in 2nd cour, which may have tired many people. But also a lot of downvoters did their job as well.

I was talking to the people saying “proof” or “proper source” you don’t need that when you can easily tell it was a production issue.

@Cheggeronis Lol, no. Action in palace was superb as well. I wouldn't say it was ass overall, but tiring indeed. Too many power counters imo in so little number of episodes. Fortunately this part of arc with many fights with counters at the same time is done.

The most exciting and awesome Bleach anime is the most exciting when division squad 0 fights Yhwach's strongest troops were originally the Yhwach Kensh troops and all died when attacked by the creator of the Zanpakutou katana Oetsu Nimaiya a little strange and likes to have Ichigo and Renji plead in reverse begging positions Backwards,really funny and hilarious, Kon and Nimaiya's character is similar there's still Bleach thousand if blood war S3 I hope the anime comes quickly I can't wait to see the anime is better than the comic
