| It's like literally everyone's touring Osaka. Except Rei, he's just being shady as usual. Pfft. Good to finally see Dotsuitare, been waiting for them for like 84 years too, and they didn't disappoint. Now, where can we hire them as babysitters I mean tour guides, pls?? |
| This episode was incredible, of course I have Dotsuitare Hompo oshi bias but even putting that aside this was so well presented and the plot was maybe the best of past episodes! It's neat how it tied into Sasara and Rosho's manzai past. I was not expecting to see so many flashbacks of that era and even their breakup, it's an understatement to say that seeing those parts animated wrecked me lol. I'm glad they were included though because the effort and attention to detail really showed. That goes for the whole episode actually, it really felt like the people in charge of making it are widely DH fans because everything was so perfect and in character. I love how they portrayed Sasara's duality (smart sly fox guy + dumbass cartoon character), Rosho's notably mild-mannered and gentle feel, and Rei's carefree yet somewhat twisted vibe. The passion for this group and understanding of their personalities and dynamics definitely shows. Their team song is so cool!!! The jazzy and suave vibe was unexpected but it really suits them, definitely my favorite track from this season so far. Also the background song for when Sasara calls Rei goes hard. Man... Dotsuhon are everything to me and I'm so happy they've gotten fantastic treatment in the anime <3 |
This, THIS! I GAVE A 5 TO THIS! A 5! In all HypMic anime story I think this is the first time that an episode got a 5 out of me, I love it, the way they presented Dotsuitare Hompo was really well done, I also want a tour in Osaka! The only thing I missed was some interaction between Samatoki and Sasara, I was really hoping for that. |

| That Dotsuitare Hompo rap battle was so smooth and it fits their style perfectly. This episode did a good job fleshing out the Dotsuitare Hompo characters by giving them more screen time for this episode. |

| Probably the weakest episode since it felt so low stakes and also the group is not really interesting...but the song was pretty great and Ramuda just going around on some Osaka trip photo bombing one scene was lol. favorite ending version thus far |

| I'm not having the best time with this anime, not gonna lie. Why do we need to add random baddies and focus on random people instead of introducing the new canon characters properly and focus on THEM?. Give me the DH and BAT backstory, not this random nonsense. One thing I'm liking it's that we're getting new songs (although I would love to see BAT and DH classics songs in the anime). But anyway, as a DotsuHon stan and Rei simp is glorious seeing them animated (BAT is one of my fave teams too) |

| Once again, another innocent life suppressed by TBH, this time going straight for Dotsuitare Hompo. The members of rap group Dotsuitare Hompo all live very different lives, but yet are unheard of outside of their hometown of Osaka. Having the innocent person in their custody until they have a lead whilst Matenro and Fling Posse does their own investigation around the city, having fun and such. To think that one of Rosho's students of Hisoka Morimura is the daughter of the man they had in custody that admired the comedy duo gag of himself and Sasara, he was jealous of their double act so much that he quit, and that goes the same for Rosho quitting the profession and opted for teaching instead. Once again, Dotsuitare Hompo takes centre by opting a rap that is as so far, very different from the other rap groups with comedy being the centerpiece. At the very least, Dotsuitare Hompo stands out for their rap capabilites. |
