| Gennai could have worked I suppose, but wouldn't have been nearly as sentimental/surprising as Wizarmon. The show might not have followed it's own logic on that but I for one was happy to see him back (even if it was for one little part) so I'll overlook it <3 Besides, maybe he drifts around the real world and has been hanging around the digi-destined. If he was he easily could have figured out about the Digimon Kaiser that way, who knows! :) |

| It was decent. Thank you Wizardmon for your crazy hints on how to defeat the Digimon emperor. How the heck does Wizardmon even know what's happening in the digiworld? He died in the real world and since you can't turn into a digi-egg in the real world he should be long gone. He is like a banished ghost. It is actually quite fitting to be honest. And his warnings were not about Digimon Emperor. Right now this seems really far-fetched, but the ending will help you understand why it was like this. Nice foreshadowing. BTW poor Gatomon. |
| Nice to see Wizardmon again! I perfectly understand why would Wizardmon know about stuff, he's been wandering in real world and digital world for a long time, like a ghost or something. I can think of him not being dead nor living either |

| Nice ep. I like that the Chosen Children have reunions on Aug 1st-3rd and even come to give flowers to Wizarmon. I also like that Wizarmon reappears... it's too bad it's not something that happens every year since ghosts getting stronger on the day they die is pretty common. For him to do this on this specific year just to give a warning... feels a bit cheap. Makes him feel like a tool just so the writers can do an easy way to foreshadow. And... is the Digital Gate an app that Koushirou can install on any computer? Because it certainly wasn't the D3 that opened that program up; all it did was "open" the Gate. But lol at the fact Japanese tradition of taking off your shoes screwed them over. |
