I don't see THAT specific picture anywhere, so it's likely a custom avatar he made by cropping a screenshot that isn't posted online. Maybe a frame from the anime, or even a different one. It's been quite a few months, so I don't think he's gonna answer you, but that's all I can find. Unrelated, Kirito sucks. |
