I don't understand can someone explain

So I just don't really understand something right now. Here is some context of me watching Bungo stray dogs, I started watching the show in season 4 because I saw trailers for it and thought it was a new show and thought it was really cool but then learned it was releasing it's fourth season and I didn't really want to catch all the way up to watch it, plus I like to watch a show as it releases, don't worry I intend to watch season 2, 3, and the movie after season 5 finishes airing. I already watched season 1 while waiting for season 5 to start airing. So I have a good grasp of things, plus it was fun watching season 4 as the beginning because it was cool starting out seeing the detective agency formed with Rampo and Fukuzawa, it was kind of like my own mystery I had to figure out while watching, everything that had already happened. Anyway so my question is about Dazai and Fyodur, so I know that Dazai's ability is no longer human, and that Fyodur's ability is unknown, but something I don't get is why are Fyodur and Dazai so smart. Rampo's ability (not actually a special ability) is his super big brain which he can use to easily learn the culprit, motives, and actions taken in a crime, as well as learning what someone is thinking, what they intend on doing, as well as being able to manipulate people, ect. Rampo is the master planer who can read through what the enemy is thinking but what I don't get is how is Dazai and Fyodur able to even figure out his plans. What makes Dazai and Fyodur so special. Even inside of the super anti gifted max cell they can know what is going to happen, when, how, and why, as well as being able to basically read each others minds to come up with what number they are thinking of. Why are both Dazai and Fyodur so smart and why do they know each other so well
