Oh shit, Tomino going all out in the final battle. Didn't expect such a clean head shot for Elmelie though, I thought she'd succeed killing Leeza.

A queen, a "princess", her mother... Nobility is taking a toll. I guess Ceala will die pretty soon now.

While I expected Riml to die right before her reunion with Neal (despite my hopes), her death hit me as really brutal (probably the sole TV one in the "top 3" of the Tomino deaths scenes)

Bern going "hyper" three times was not necessary and lost its surprise effect immediately.

5/5 Maybe the best episode until now (and it is almost exclusively action-filled)

Great episode. Lots of action, but lots of plot progression. I was expecting Elmelie to succeed in killing her mother, though.

The corpses are quickly beginning to pile up. It seems to be heavily implied, however, that whoever dies in Upper Earth is reincarnated in Byston Well?

Exciting episode. Tomino has finally started his assault on the lives of his characters. I expected nothing less from the great man.

Considering that there is only 1 episode remaining the did pretty good on handling a lot of sub-tramas and stuff within the plot.
Im so sorry for the princess, to end like that, and not even going against his Father but his mother. I really thought she was going to use that grenade to kill someone.

wow, what a fucking downer of an episode, but that's what I love about Tomino's series. One thing I liked about this episode is that it better illustrates how the good guys are making

progress, before this it made it seem like they were just completely losing and hopeless and at the same time inexplicably eventually gonna win? This episode showed better progress.
