There is definitely trolls/liars , but there is also quite a lot of peoples who can read Japanese , or just straight up live in Japan.
And it did got translated , anyway.

As for the score , MAL use weighted scores. So with only this few members , it gets dragged down quite by a lot.
If you look at the rating distribution , you can see that most peoples think it's fine. (06-07/10)

The most common critic i've seen about this Manga is that the story starts really strong and hook most readers , but gradually gets sided , making the readers bored.
