So this has happened in a lot of similar anime such as reincarnated as a smile, I'm a spider so what, etc. Therefore I wanted to ask to the light novel reader if he has gained the ability to take human form or not?

I think gaining the ability to speak clearly with humans, more than just vending machines set phrases would come first.

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.

Yeah, I agree. I mean, I'm pretty sure when in ep1 he was checking all the skills that he could buy I saw telepathy there

Where there's a robot in the "vending machine" (this one here makes ice cream, there are also lots of others, like ones that make pizza, burgers, etc etc)

And the robot can actually speak human words to interact with the customers.

With this, BOX could actually talk to people and have arms to move around with.

Rather than a human form, merely the ability to move and communicate freely would be more fitting for the series. Maybe arms would be acceptable, but a human form would kill the spirit.

Yeah, I saw that too when he was getting attacked by the frogmen. If the subtitling's translation is correct, it said his available skills were:
(column 1) Visual field shift, telepathy, absorption, robbery, swordsmanship, martial arts, bad luck.
(column 2) ???, relocation, summoning, necromancy, pseudo-life creation, ???, ???, ???
(column 3) Erudition, education, memory power, durability, originality, taste insensitivity, makeup, attentive listening
And a 4th column, and some cut off from the top and bottom of the screen that wasn't subtitled.

I think the MC's just slow or bad at experimenting at anything other than his inventory, and other vending machine related skills. He didn't even know/try to raise his stats until ep4 when he raised his toughness by 10 for 1000pts, and that was sort of by chance he did it. His strength, speed, dexterity, and magic are all still at zero, and he still hasn't tried to raise them despite knowing he can now, and it being so affordable as shown with toughness. Maybe by increasing his speed by 10 he can roll around on his wheels by himself, but the guy hasn't even tried. It's starting to get a little frustrating with his lack of exploring and experimenting. I guess he did discover wide visual field view, and camouflage/invisibility by himself, but he's going so slow about it.

But if he used all the ability he has, I am pretty sure he would turn into the usual OP MC that's in loads of Isekai series tho...

So I guess the MC being slow is a good thing? LOL

@Mattinator95 sorry to disappoint but the Manga says that he will get a human form .and besides it would make no sense to have a love interest and have no way to mate with them or make love to them or even express their feelings it would honestly be disrespectful if he didn't get a human form after boxxo,s hard work

@Tenderizer79 ya like a cyborg that would kill the series more because there would be no use of the love interest in the show Lmao it's better if he gets a human form because he worked hard for his goals it would be a disappointing to make him to just a machine that moves around also the Manga is making him human because he originally was a human it's only fair to let him become a human in another life

Mattinator95 i have to disagree with the mc not coming human anytime soon hes already collecting those special coins in the anime that comes from being bosses to earn the right to preform a single wish and also the anime was getting a second season so its likely that the anime will continue past the manga point for him to get his human body in the anime.also Ps its rude to delete your message before i had a chance to respond to it

Dont think so. But man, i get why he worried if he become human (permanent) he become useless. But GODDAMN atleast give him telepathy, the whole episode im just waiting him properly talking to fmc. Especially when the last scene, why he picking telekinesis instead telepathy.
