| The runaway girl's name has been revealed: Juno. She's known institutional incompetence firsthand and know harbors ressentment and distrust; she's also sort of naïve and will easily be preyed on if she's careless -she's lucky that Terumi is a sort of decent person*. In contrast with Juno, Terumi appears as someone who trusts things to run smoothly: he goes to an underground physician because he asumes the government keeps a close look on his health, he is not worried about becoming homeless were he to lose his job: the welfare system is that efficient. Before Juno and Ubume, he had some tangential interactions with the underworld: he watched Tenko from the safety of a screen, he engaged in prostitution casually but in a very formal manner. Now he's close to a runaway minor and a runaway assassin and violence may come near him, his fascination with true transgression may be fulfilled. Ubume did not appreciate Terumi's comment about her status as mujina, called him "discriminatory". Ironic, coming from a literal murderer. |

| Ubume is 30yo?! now that’s surprising. It seems like there’s A LOT to unpack between the runaway girl, the boss, the other mujina girl and the new guy. Still can’t understand about 80% of what’s going on |
