Am I the only one who finds Chihaya and Soyos voices annoying?

I love the BanG Dream franchise, some idol anime stories are dull but I don't think that is the case with bang dream. I just couldn't... finish the first episode because their voices were in weird pitches.

No, if people can cope with Mashiro voice, then Soyo and Chihaya is not a problem.

I am trying to enjoy this anime, but the problem I have is trying to invest in new characters when I'm already used to the original characters. It's not working out well.

I do like that the other bands have had references, and Saaya and Kasumi even had cameos, but I'd definitely be delighted if those bands play a show with MyGo!!!!! or something later in the season. I won't keep my hopes up though.

Yes, horrible in ep 1 but far better since ep 3.

Chihaya's voice is distinct for sure, but it's why I actually really like her voice - and if anything it's a selling point for me. Sounds unique compared to common seiyuus/voices

As a bandori fan.. the pink one is "kinda" annoying? but that really adds meaning to her character rather than just another one dimensional one

I don't think in Soyo's case it's to do with being a new seiyuu, as her voice is so consistent in its annoyance that I think that's just what she sounds like and it is truly insufferable.

As for Anon, the nasal quality her voice had at first made it very grating, but that seems to have been toned down a little as the show has gone on so that might have just been down to inexperience. Still, her voice is kind of annoying even without that, not least because the actual character just isn't very likeable.
