| Big Mam giving off similar vibes to Baba from Spirited Away. Have a creepy feeling that all that drooling and mentioning of her stomach acid has something to do with a Devil Fruit power. If the Fish-men were that scared of Big Mam being ticked off, then they really shouldn't have given the sweets to the banquet. There's showing gratitude to your saviours...and then there's signing your own death warrants. They're just insanely lucky that Luffy just doesn't give a shit and will fight anyone who threatens his friends. Going to make for one of the most interesting entrances into the New World for any pirate group. Starting with war pre-declared against one of the Four Emperors. Not sure how Luffy can quite as easily declare a place his territory. Compared to Big Mam and Whitebeard, the Strawhats are a single ships crew of only 10. They aren't easily travelling back and forth everywhere to keep territory defended. Really not liking the look of that preview though. Finally getting a treasure haul for first time in a good while and possibly let it slip. Nami will be punching them all out of the island bubble this time :S |

| Another peak episode. Big mom definitely the next big bad. Kid will probably there too. But yeah she seems awful compared to shanks and whitebeard. I love it when Luffy stand up to people like this. What makes his character peak. I bet next arc is I’ll be about fighting big mom and Luffy takes her place as emperor. Also her powers seem like poison Silvia? 1) Luffy seems to be immune to poison after the mangelan fight. So it might be easy for him to fight her. |
