Catching up with the manga: where should I start?

Hello ~ I really liked this anime and wanted to catch up.with the manga after seeing some interesting spoilers... to anyone who's a manga reader: should I start from the beginning because the anime skipped some scenes or dialogue or the anime covered every little detail and I can start where it finished?
Even if there are some small differences from the anime adaptation, I wish to know!

The anime was a pretty spot on adaptation, so you’d be good to skip on ahead to chapter 41/42.

Can someone tell me if it’s worth reading further than the anime? I was quite satisfied with how things ended so I want to know whether something new happens.

Absolutely yes! You need to read all the things! It goes on for another 55 chapters beyond the anime and it’s still ongoing.

im on chapter 62 now, there's no major events they just chilling, aside from having another characters who are troublesome (you can call it villains). There's nothing much going on tbh, just kissing.
