Also in the original it showed In manga, was Gogo Pudding Empire but i assume they changed it for a reason?

Only psychopaths think the relationships/love interests/romances in that show are good/interesting/enjoyable. I watched literally half of its first season. That was plenty.

It was just shock-value trash. Not sure what "patience" has to do with it, but cool.
