From what I remember for the most part everything is covered but there are small tidbits of world building that get missed, but then they add to other scenes (singing), the only thing I can remember that was for sure glossed over (it shows an event having happened but no dialogue or in details about it beyond slideshow fast forward) which is Ch 68 in the manga (just briefly skim to the end when you get to that episode and you’ll see what I mean by what gets skimmed over) and Ch 91 I believe is fully skipped, which might be S2 area, I don’t remember what episodes are those equivalent to but those are the two main I remember it being brought up when it was airing that was missed.

From what I remember, it wasn’t a big deal as I watched the anime (S1-S2) before reading the manga from the beginning and was caught up by the time S3 came out, I only realized what was missed after that but I didn’t think it takes away from the story at all, it’s not like a gap of misinformation, so you should be fine to watch the anime as is without whole chunks gone. It’s a fairly good adaption, it’s not like Overlord or something where the whole deal is world building cut and you have to actively go to discussion boards to understand why something happened.

It’s just, if you want more info, those are the only two parts I remember that was cut.
