| The answer is that Ichigo's hollowfication was him "wearing" the power of hollow. After the timeskip Ichigo now wears his hollow powers with the Fullbring augments. However Ichigo can do something similar to what he used to do, but he can't do it at will yet as it's no longer him just wearing the power. This will be shown later. So if that form is basically his new hollowfication, he can't do it anytime he wants to. |
