Was it faithful to the manga?

Apparently, I enjoyed it quite alot which I didnt really expect and came in as a surprise. I wanted to know if this anime was faithful to the manga and if so, then where should I start reading from.

If you want to read the manga, just start from the beginning. This applies to just about any manga or light novel. It is almost impossible to completely adapt everything from a manga or LN, so there will always be things that you will miss if you try to pick it up wherever the anime may have left off.

You may even run into an anime that is completely different from its source material, such as Fuuka. The manga for Fuuka had a major event happen, and the anime did a "what if this event didn't happen?" story instead.
