Are there other people with magic in this series?

A yes or no answer works, but I don't mind detailed spoilers. I think it would be a bit of a waste if Rokudo's spell is the only form of magic we actually see in this series. I'd like to see where the spell came from, and whether others are capable of using similar powers. Do they ever expand on the magic aspect?

I haven't completed the manga. But, there is a magical necklace that suppresses your evil self. And a girl that can predict the future.

I recommend just reading the manga. They cut out too much shit in the anime.
