I bought Bleach Box 3

When should I read TYBW
Before the anime ends

I bought Bleach Box 3, which contains all the manga content for TYBW. I bought this because I really wanna read CFYOW early since it's so hyped up. But I don't know if I should read TYBW before the anime ends, or after it ends. So please, tell me. I'm asking this because I don't know if reading it early would ruin the anime experience.

I read Bleach last year, I did enjoy the manga but tybw manga is all over the place and rushed because of jump making kubo wrap it up quickly, I also believe he was having health issues during its final arc so there’s so much that was left untouched after the final fight. It was a mess.

It's 2 very different perspectives between manga readers and anime onlys. Manga readers know what's going to happen, but we get to see all of the additional content included in the anime that the manga so desperately needed. Its great to see the anime improve and expand upon the source material. Anime onlys, on the other hand, are in for one hell of a ride, as long as they stay patient and avoid spoilers, which is really hard to do (I couldn't do it and just read ahead lol). It's up to you. Are you willing to wait for the anime, or do you want to read ahead and appreciate the improvements down the line?

As someone who’s read the manga, I’d say wait for the anime to finish. I guarantee you that the anime will be better than the manga, as the latter was rushed to the end. You can read it after. However if you don’t care to wait for the anime (anime won’t be ending anytime soon) then go for the manga since you already own it.

personally I prefer the manga I’ve the anime because of the art, so I’d read it but then this season has added scenes that the manga didnt have so it could flesh it out more.

It's up to you. Personally, I would read it now because it has a dope art style and I would not like to wait for the anime to finish. Nonetheless, on the other side anime has gotten slick animation too, so sometimes it can be a really difficult choice.
