In the English Dub how does Serizawa sing in Japanese?

I am curious about how they do the car scenes in the English Dub version of the movie?

Does he sing in English or Japanese?

As a person who saw suzume in theatres (dub) all the singing (including Serizawa’s) is in Japanese.

from what I remembered and noticed, I thought it was the English dub actor singing the songs in Japanese? like if you were listening to your favourite op and singing along

Serizawa’s English VA sings in Japanese. Personally, I thought it was a cool choice, and I hope they do more like it in the future.

after watching it subbed the first time, I had the same question. All the music on the road trip is still in Japanese, with no subtitles, so you just don't get the context of the lyrics in the dub
