| The sum of humanity's greatest fears is realized when Hong freezes during the celebration. He's the first to realize the Golden Horned Beast isn't dead, but instead is capable of somehow resurrecting itself! Even Babata is shocked! The golden horned beast takes revenge on humanity scorched earth style. Waves of monsters keep attacking, every region is under pressure. Base after base is defeated. Some are devoured. Hong and Lei declare they have a domain and will go try kill the Golden Horned beast before all the war gods disperse to try save their own regions. Luo Feng returns home to discover his wife has some news. Now he has even more motivation to save the world. He twinks out Hong and Lei, then it's time for the next episode. I don't know how good domains are, but they better have something if they're going to beat this super regen God level resurrecting golden horned beast. So ... the animation this episode was superlative. The close up shots of various faces looked photo realistic. One could even see the wrinkles and open pores, not to mention individual eyelashes and hairs on the eyebrows. Luo Feng, his wife, even some random old dude. Which begs the question: How much are they spending per episode to get this level of visual quality?? Or did they just hire a super talented animator? Damn! |

| Bad luck, we can see that the horn behemoth doesn’t have its core in its head or it looks like a regular horn behemoth’s weakpoint isn’t the same as this one. Looked like it manifested its core at the last second and was able to go berserk at 32K km/h and destroy the laser cannon. Hong and Lei Shen aren’t confident at winning and do not want to implicate more casualties among the war gods. All the war gods at the palace go back and try to reconquer their home bases while Luo Feng rejoices his partner Xu Xin with her soon to be children. Good ep so far still a bit dragged out this arc. |
