There’s only one word I can use to describe him. A maschoist. He’s definitely a maschoist. He likes getting scolded by the demon boss.

Additionally, he is an overgrown child (cries like kids) and no backbone (not a functional man or professional). This manga is probably for the fanservice and for brainwashing. It is not intended for young people, yet they have access to it, and even though it is intended for a bit more mature audience, it is made in a way that is either unrealistic or damaging to the ego of the readers (aka brainwashing in a sense that it is ok to keep making same mistakes and that it is ok to be taken advantage of or bossed around by women and developing machoistic trait).

Agreed. I honestly kept wondering to myself how can one human being just keep on making mistakes without learning and he never even tried to learn or get better.

I am not trying to offend anyone with my statement, and there are ofc female bosses of all types, but as a grown adult by that time, you should show some professionalism to separate private life with work. However office romance still exist in the world but it is because both parties are doing something for the relationship and I am not seeing much from the mc. I would imagine that the narrative of office romance works better if the roles reversed however in the current decades, the things that mc does, does not attract "that caliber" of women. By such success, women would know of professionalism. If the mc is "imputing" less hard-work and planning into a relationship, and still gets a woman of such position --> then it is either she is taking advantage of mc or the manga is propagating the notion "you can get such woman even if you don't work on yourself" --> read so many manga that has this notion --> brainwashing complete --> becomes your sad reality (because that notion almost always doesn't work in the mc's situation [newbie & female boss])
