Everyone seem to hate on eyes closeups

Everyone seem to hate on eyes closeups. Especially after them using an eye close up once again, I started to notice in comments under s4 episode a lot of angry people saying that "it's ruining the mood" and etc. Am I the only person who doesn't find closeups funny at all? I would call it kinda creepy even, a thing that adds to the situation.

It honestly didn’t bother me either it kinda added to it even if it’s “comedic” relief for some people the scene still made it’s point clear idrk why people hating on it so much and it’s only like 1-2 scenes in the whole season🤷🏻‍♀️

i think i misunderstood your question,
you were talking about eye Closeup scenes and i don't even know what's that.

the thing that I'm talking about is some scenes where character's eye,nose and lips disappears even though character are not that far from the screen.

Ohhhh... No, I'm talking about scenes where they are showing characher's eyes extremely lose to the camera

Yeah I hate that the studio does that. It makes the scene look so weird and lose its drama.

I never even paid attention to such things, so it seems like nothing of the sort bothers me.

I agree with it. I don’t think that the producer added it as a ‘fun break’ they probably added it as an extra element in the situation.
I love it. Makes it more dramatic lolz

honestly I have no problem with the fish eyes and I don't get why everyone hates them, they either add to the suspense or whatever or are just funny

In my opinion eye close-ups are one of the best parts. It's kinda looking unique and original, it's special to Bsd. Gives 360° camera vibes. And it's funny as hell. When I try to remember Atsushi from memory that haircut and eye close-ups are the only things that pop in my mind and I definitely can't complain about it. Weird ass camera angles gives depth into the show. But well yeah maybe that one is giving me cramps from laughing instead of that depth.
