| I like how they did yamada..an aloof character that doesn't have much interest in anything outside his gaming career and experiences but can be considerate and really observant when something is wrong. I definitely would've gave it a 5/5 for ep1 but takuma, takuna, tanuki whatever the hell his name is is legit an idiot and the animation for the new girlfriend was just horrendous. Especially her lips =/. But that very very brief and short wholesome moment at the bar was really lovely. |

| Pretty fun first episode. I already like Akane a bunch, it's nice to see that spiteful girls get some love and not everything has to be the perfect yamato nadeshiko waifu character. Yamada is kinda fun in his own way too, being so deadpan and working as the tsukomi kind of sidekick. Hope there's more to him than just being a pro gamer. |
| A great start for my first Spring 2023 show, I already really like this, after coming off such a good romcom last season this one is filling that void nicely for me, I wasn’t sure how good a romance founded on gaming would be but this really wowed me, I enjoyed the gaming references and Akane and Yamada already look to be a good time from their few interactions, I especially loved their bit together at the bar, my man was downing colas like nobody’s business as Akane poured her heart out lol. I’d also like to play Yamada in cod, tho if he’s a pro I’d probably get smoked lol. Both the OP and ED were awesome as well, you can’t miss with KANA-BOON and I really love that ED by Ryujin Kiyoshi, I think they both might be favorites of mine for this season. I really look forward to more of this, my Saturdays this season are gonna be nice and chill looks like lol. |

| i really enjoyed this first episode. cute story, im excited to see where it goes. the animation is nice as well. the character designs in particular i thought were really pretty. looking forward to the rest of the season |

| pretty fun start, better than i expected tbh. akane is cute and i'm liking her personality. i relate to yamada as well lowkey, be wanting to go home asap. i can't help but hear itoshi rin when he speaks tho. just uchiyama kouki things. surprised madhouse took on a romance anime but hey, i ain't complaining. looking forward to the rest of this now. |

| seems like some top-teir stuff. the start was great. the comedy is great. the mc is funny af. pretty cute as well ngl. it's nice to see another romance anime which isn't set in highschool. the cliffhanger though. well played. 5/5 episode. looking forward to next one. this season is to a really great start. |

| Great start! Honestly loving it already. Akane and Yamada seems like really entertaining characters so far, plus they're chemistry is looking good. I am not used to hearing Inori Minase with a lower voice, but I am digging it. Takuma really dumped Akane smh, making gamer bros look bad. Aye, Yamada gonna turn it around though. Also, one more thing, College romance, let's go! Madhouse is going to cook. |
