Entering into Professor Hakusha's laboratory to download the last of Cobalt's data, it was not as easy as one would hope to revive him. This is only possible through the hard work of Esola's dad, with the student researcher, 21-year-old Elizabeth assisting in AI research with the Professor. This is in tune with the AI program that KNoCC has now, and they did some "unique" testing to it. It's an unhealthy obssession that the professor has with Elizabeth, wanting to marry her (which she is old enough to be his daughter) that translated into his downfall, but also the rise in trying to copy someone exact using the real body.

Through the rough and treacherous journey of affixing AI, Esola as a new born, lived an infant when Elizabeth and her husband died in a tragic accident. Finding the people that matches relationship, affectiion, judgment and culture respectively, it's the family-centric Kota Osaka, father-centric Solo Ogami, scholar Kanto Rindo and artist Nebo Eroshi helping Esola in his growing-up years of building robots with hearts, but that the World Government pressured him to stop his unethical experiments, leading him to turn all 4 of them into Androids after partially surviving, downloading their memory data altogether with AI and his Heart Program.

This is the mysterious choreographer's reason: a support Android into raising Esola as the perfect human being. What a twist into despair.

Despite some cringe moments, this was a decent episode.

All that information from the past was interesting. I didn't expect Eliza and the members of KNoCC to be based on real life persons.

Lots of shocking revelations that were a little too much for Esola.

this was the best episode so far I think, I wonder how esola is gonna deal with all that information he just got told cause if I was him I'd be so upset ngl knowing my father was a crazy soab who raised me to be this perfect human and basically unalived people who had a 63% chance to live to make them androids to help raise me all cause he wanted me to be a perfect human because he was infatuated with some girl he didn't end up with , NONETHELESS this episode was amazing , glad I stuck with this show cause the reveal about who the 4 of them were was not what I was expecting , I didn't know they were actually once humans. I thought they were just modeled after the real people

It was already hinted that they were once human in episode 5, seeing Chrom reading a book about animal behavior written by Rindo Canto(himself).

This is not idol genre in a sci-fi shell, it's a sci-fi genre in an idol shell.

What a ground breaking episode!
This might be one of the best episodes because of Hakase's past revelations reveal!
5/5.

The anime continues to forge a new path for boy idol music anime, this whole backstory episode was heart breaking and gut wrenching. Definitely was too much for the barely out of his preteen years Esora. Wow

Just stunned at the direction this went for the genre and sci Fi.

I think this also goes into the trend that idol gacha games have gone where beneath the pretty colors and pop music lay really dark stories.

holy hell... the twists and the deaths... professor straight up killed some guys for his coworker's kid's sake... also randomly would like to say i appreciate that technoroid doesn't shy away from showing the robot abuse on camera. still... DESPAIR!!! truly the worst thing to learn in terms of emotions.

Haha, I love being correct about totally obvious plot twists. Nothing beats that feeling of "Aha, I KNEW it!!"
However, this show did simultaneously do a good job of keeping some things shady enough for them to be revealed as a total jaw-dropper surprise, such as the professor's obsessive love story.

Even though one could argue that the professor did a favor for the four people on the brink of death, Esola's reaction was absolutely justified. Imagine finding out your pseudo-father killed four people for the sake of his selfish dream he just masked as doing you a favor?! Despite all of its narrative shortcomings, the overall eerie vibe of this show has definitely been one of its most remarkable positives: it's entertaining, exaggerated and absolutely unhinged and I love it. Something about the caricaturedness prevents me from enjoying the show completely unironically, but there are undoubtedly some real good ideas behind the story!
