Extremely interesting premise but bad execution

like what the hell?
extremely interesting concept of immortals and the like introduced,

but the dialogue sounds like it was written on a deviant art comic back in the 2010s, hell it might be even worse.
can't even tell if this is supposed to be a gag manga or a super serious one, because the tone dissonance is just insane, and it isn't even like with dorohedoro that is very good at showing the apathy on death or whatever. It tries to take itself super seriously in one scene, then get instantly pulled into some gag, and also nothing makes sense, it feels like every chapter is rushed as hell while simultaneously not saying anything like literally nothing is explained nether any power system or anything or the location they are in, like the world building is non existent, and it isn't even a mystery manga so its not like making you figure it out its like the author just forgot and just randomly add characters.
like seriously is it just me? I was wondering why this manga had such a low rating before I read it, and only seen the synopsis, but now I think i understand a little.

all the characters talk like they are 13 year olds or something. and its kinda bugging me.
