So basically, the anime isn't always translated in the best way, so I don't really understand what happened in episode 11, can anyone clarify the episode?

even I am confused as to what was going on...
from what I grasped, it looks like throughout the village arc Zhang Chu-Lan was like plotting to get all the temps to work together and raise empathy among each other. Towards the end, though it got a bit complicated when Wang Ye was brushing his teeth thinking about the mysterious attacker who attacked him during Season 3 and Bao-Bao mystery. and the plot where Chu-Lan was being given 3 choices that part was something that I re-watched a couple of times but still couldn't understand(maybe due to poor subs).

will have to wait for the final episode to get a better understanding I guess , or if someone has some insight then please do share

I watched it with the Chinese subs. My comprehension isn't 100%, but basically Zhang Chu-Lan orchestrated this plot of ensuring Baobao's safety. The initial fear with this whole temp worker operation was that it was set up for failure, and the worst case scenario would be that the Company HQ would place the blame on the regional managers and conduct investigations on temp workers, which would endanger Baobao.

Since Baobao is oblivious to everything, Chu-Lan joined the operation as her controller to make sure Baobao gets close to the temp workers, and the key to fostering that friendship was with Chen Duo. Everybody empathizing and supporting Chen Duo's death would mark as a deeply felt moment that would bring together these powerful individuals. The reason why Chu-Lan is trying to make Baobao so chummy with them is that, if Baobao is ever exposed by the Company and runs away like Chen Duo, it will likely be these temp workers who will hunt her, and Chu-Lan is gambling that their  friendship would save Baobao. Additionally, he intentionally says very disagreeable things to make the temp workers isolate him from the group, therefore pushing them toward Baobao.

Chen Duo, despite having so few interactions with the main cast, is such a fascinating character. I'm almost disappointed how it ended up, no fight or anything, but that just might be the point. In Chu-Lan's eyes, though, her plight (or salvation?) was a tool he could use to protect Baobao.

The gist of Wang Ye's scene was reflecting that there were 3 people whom his Qimen technique could not affect (especially his time stop move): Tianshi that old master, mysterious attacker, and Baobao. The tianshi he could understand because the old man is too strong, so he can't stop him, but the other two Wang Ye specifically says they aren't overwhelmingly strong. He just can't "catch them."

He then reflects his attempt in season 3 to read the fate of Chu-Lan, and it was an insurmountable fireball that would kill him if he dared approach. Wang Ye now believes he may have misjudged Chu-Lan's character the entire time. Ma Xian-Hong's fate was likewise a big fireball, but Chu-Lan's was larger. However, according to Wang Ye, the reason why both their fates were so chaotic probably isn't because of either of them alone. For Chu-Lan, Wang Ye correctly surmised that his big fireball is because of Baobao. This is further reinforced by the fact that Baobao is unaffected by Wang Ye's Qimen technique. She's an anomaly. Thus, Ma Xian-Hong's fireball must also be due to some anomalous person, a backer maybe? Whatever the case, the key to this ever-growing mystery and the future of the Outcast world is Baobao and the mysterious attacker...

That's what I've gleaned. It's not perfect, but hope it helps shed some light.

Thanks for the explanation, the bigger mystery for me is still the plot where Chu-Lan was given 3 choices.

BTW that last episode was a cliffhanger. I just can't wait now for the next installment of the series
