She didn't kiss him. Actually, in my opinion, I still think Itsuki is the only quintuplet who didn't have romantic feelings for Uesugi. They always seemed like very good friends

He first built her up as the main girl and then doubling down on it. Them hint that she may be the childhood friend and then the plot twist came up. It’s just the author doesn’t really know what to do with her because he tried so hard to escape the “first girl” cliché so he just gave her the “bro type” of friend

you are correct. honestly, itsuki felt more like a best friend than a love interest. im ok with her not being in-love with him.

Itsuki was the only one to not kiss him. She was also the one that told Yotsuba that she needed to tell him and she revealed the truth about the childhood friend. I think she liked him but didn’t want to get in the way of what Yotsuba had with him, so kept it platonic.

Since they're all very good at becoming just like Itsuki in style, I guess I'm good with it. Even though she has never kissed him, in person, but I've already saw her accidently "kissed" him, but not the she she Itsuki, just one of the quintuplets who dressed like Itsuki. NT.
