| They're selling loads of merch to female fans in Japan. the female otaku culture is massive, I imagine there are TONS of doujinshi of these characters already, and the novels that the anime is adapted from were already pretty popular. They're still making bank on projects like this, which I appreciate because I love Tsurune and the fact it got a second season is awesome |

This greatly boosts their productivity, thus always deliver peak quality, which translates into profit. Also, they sell a lot of merch and received a lot of donations after arson attack. |

| They lead the production and own the IP rights. They also publish the light novels and get a lot back from merchandise. I am sure they can budget reasonably well with the series given they have data based on previous sales and performance from both the first season and the recap film. Also, donations relating to the arson attack were completely given to the staff members affected, and not accepted by the company itself. |
